THE IMPACT OF HEAVY METALS ON YOUR WORKPLACE

The 2011 Gradient study found that using just 12 towels (the number a typical worker uses per day), workers may be exposed to any or all of the heavy metals found in the study - at levels exceeding health-based guidelines for daily worker exposure.

Even if you handle just a couple of shops towels a day, you should still be concerned. The study shows you could be exposed to certain heavy metals at levels exceeding exposure limits.

Based on Gradient's research, the intake of metals from using 12 shop towels per day could be up to 3,600 times higher than agency exposure guidelines.1
